I go to bed with a 4.8 ish blood sugar, wake with 7 ish. if I dont eat during the day it slowly rises to 8...but if when I get up I eat a nice fatty breakfast, say Avacado, fried mushrooms and egg, (even if I am not hungry) it slowly drop during the day (and I dont eat anything else), to 4/5 ready for bedtime.
Maybe I ned to look at cortisol reduction. Unfortunately mr Dr is totally unsupportive in all of this so I have abandoned the medical profession.
