Well this is my second 5 day WF in two weeks. The first week was great, my blood Sugar dropped to 4.8 and stayed there, all great. This week though BS has stayed at about 6.5/7 and not dropped at all.
Plus I have felt pretty tired and rubbish.
Anyone any idea? Also don't seem to have dropped any weight this week. I am wondering if its a Cortisol problem as my morning blood Sugar is around 8mmol. (146) and takes ages to drop during the day.
