OK I can do 1/2 the job. Get the belly to very very good status.
However I have t oat some time start taking a cortisol reducing supplement. Dr berg has a formula I may try. I may try those neck massaging technics.
I have the same cortisol issue I feel. I shrunk my legs and face and the soles of my feet. The stupid paunch was the last to go and its the first to come back.
And fasting increases stress and that locks the belly fat in. However I feel after 4 days or so, I tend to stress out less. Maybe that could help.
I am at a loss too effectively. One way to stop the ghrelin->cortisol feedback is to eat a nice chunk of butter or coconut oil or something when you feel hungry. That prevents one pathway that increases cortisol.
