About heart pain

Thank you so much for all the help, last weeks i did more research and i had planned a longer waterfast for the summer holiday. I wanted to do a 21dy fast
(I'm female 1,64cm long and i was 57kg with 23%body fat and 27years old)

I notice a huge difference from the last time, day 4 was stil nasty but not by far as nasty as the first time. I wanted to thank you all for helping, i think if i went on tht that would have ended really badly.

I see a lot of video's on youtube are read on this forum about peoples process but i am still a little bit worried.

I am on day 6 now of water only fast. I did cheat the first day with 20dl coffee and a sigaret but stopped after that. Also day 5 i drank some coconut water, not more than 500ml. I read somewhere that to stay in ketosis your Sugar intake should not be more that 50gram and the coconut water is 5gr per 100ml, i drank it for the potasium which i hear a lot of stories about related to breathing issues which i had experienced aswel, i feel better with the coconut water in tiny amounts and definitely not every day offcourse.

This is my first prolonged waterfast that i (am trying) to not scree up :p so i thought working my way up to pure waterfasting in the future by smaller steps.

But I wanted to ask about some sensations i'm experiencing today. I have this stingy feeling that pops up and goes and it seems to be located around my heart. Its center, 5cm above where my ribs starts and on the left side, its not a big pain, it doesnt hurt that much, but i never had any heart issues as far as i know and i was just wondering if this is normal.

Thank you for commenting i really appreciate it x
