So you are new to Water Fasting
and did not do your research. Water Fasting
means nothing but water, you did the opposite. You drank tea and coffee which kills water in your body. Also caffeine by itself kills the good bacteria in your stomach and the gut. Please don't do this again.
All caffeine drinks are diuretic. Sodas are the worst.
Ok, now you can try the following.
1. Drink water with Himalayan salt or Sea Salt
, not the salt from supermarket. Add raw honey to it. Make a jug of this water and drink all day. You can also get liquid minerals from Amazon and add to the water.
2. Don't go out in the sun too much.
3. Drink freshly squeezed juices from organic fruits and vegetables. Lemonade with honey would be ideal.
4. When you are able to eat, eat only raw fruits and vegetables with high water content. Some fruits and vegetables with high water content are watermelon, cantaloupe, grapefruit, oranges, strawberries, cucumber, grapes, papaya, celery, lettuce, radishes, spinach, zucchini and tomatoes.
5. Eat plain yogurt or kefir. You can also make Lassi out of yogurt or kefir with Sea Salt
and crushed cumin seeds. This is so delicious and rehydrating.
6. If in two days you do not feel better at all then seek medical advice.
