I knew about both the Cancer Tutor w/site (long time fan of the site and corresponded extensively with its founder, Webster Kerr) and ozone therapy as a treatment for cancer, but never having read the article itself, I simply assumed it was at low concs, and breathed in rather than via IV. OK, that explains quite a lot, and worth investigating further.
