Trapper - Plse enlighten me. How does injecting a (poisonous) gas into the patient not kill them? If not the toxicity of the gas itself, what about the gas bubbles in the bloodstream? Are they not equally fatal? For the same reason that nitrogen in deep-sea divers' blood ('the bends') is potentially lethal?
And was that a Brown Recluse that bit you? They are really nasty pieces of work. I'm amazed you survived both - bite & treatment!
