I don't think fasting with water only (which you are not doing) is a best way to lose weight and keep it off. Fasting wwo should be used to heal your body and mind.

I know that fasting will help you reset your mind and eating habits as well as help you lose weight. However, the most important part is what is you eat post fast.

Obviously you have realized that you have eaten junk food for a long time and that was a mistake. But now you have to figure out why are you eating mindlessly. You probably were replacing some emotions with food and then you were on Sugar roller coaster. WS has given you very good advice for eating foods that will help you to be healthy and continue losing weight.

What you are doing is very harmful to your body. You cannnot fast and still put toxins in your body. Smoking and drinking tea are very harmful while fasting. You know they are harmful when you are not fasting, well, smoking is, so you really need to fast without nothing but water.

Another thing is you should not fast for 90 days, very dangerous. Even 30 days will be hard, but achievable. Then you stay on raw plant based diet for 30 days and fast again for 30 days. It will take you a long time to lose weight but it will be better for you.

You can do other things for boredom, go for a walk.
