I do not know if you will be able to loose 100 lbs during the fast, that would take some long fast, but what is far more important for you is to learn how to discipline yourself.
Like many other overweight people, you are addicted to junk foods and drinks and TV, and after the fast, you will have to deal with that addiction on the daily bases.

Get rid of your TV, that can help.

Fasting is easy, once you pass the first 5 days.


Dealig with your daily urges and cravings for junk foods day after day after the fast is a much bigger task.


Not to gain double as much after the fast, you will have to replace all industrially processed foods with home made foods or with raw fruits and veggies.


The next foods should not be a part of your menu:

- foods with added sugar
- foods with added anything industriall, like artifical sweeteners
- anything industrially processed
- grains , especially flours
- cheese and milk

These foods can make you gain 2 lb per day. Thesse foods will most likely make you gain a lot of weight after the fast.
You should also walk every day, regardless of the weather. That takes discipline too.

And, when it comes to the water fasting, just take one day at the time. Try to walk every day, even if just for a few min or up to an hour.

Even if you fasting lasts just 3 weeks, it will be a success, if you take care what you eat after the fast.


You can also loose a lot of weight after the fast, by going on a raw vegan diet or on paleo diet.

On these diets, with regular exercise, you can actually loose up to 1 lb per day.


Your main task will be to keep discipline, when shopping for foods and especially when eating.

One litte pice of chocolate can cost you a few pounds gain.

Do not use air conditioning system afterthe fast. it is designed to open apetite and increase the body weight, as it makes your body think it is coming winter, so it needs to store more fat for thhe winter.

Not using air conditioning system can reduce your apetite 50%.

Air conditioning systems are one of the main reasons why so many people in USA are morbidly obese, especially in suddern states.
