Re: 90 Day Water Fast for a Morbidly obese female at 5'4" and 245 lbs. Any suggestions?

I lost almost 100 lb went from 238 to ~140-141. And quite rapidly too via Water Fasting mostly.

However the optimal time to get maximum benefit from a weight loss perspective is 13 days or so. I basically fell into it backwards and never did a 13 day. I did a 20 day, and 2 9 dayers and a whole lot of 4, 5, 6'es. The basic idea though is that I'd eat a massive high fat medium protein and medium carb meal after the fast and resume the next fast.
I only had 3 meals in Nov 2016. On 6th it was an unexpected break in my fast, then 15 and 24th (turkey day) My next meal was 14 dec. By which time I had hit 148lb (down 90lb)
If you have any questions please ask. 100 is easy, I'd actually suggest you drop into the very skinny zone and stay there for a while - atleast a few weeks so your body re-establishes the leptin and other hormone levels. I didn't and I am now struggling to keep it under 150 or so. I am trying to drop to 135 and I need to be there a while before I will be able to be stable ~155 I think. I am stable ~168 now, and I don't want to be there. You shouldn't let go once you establish the good clean run you have losing weight. Do it in multiples of 13 days and you should get that 100 out in ~10 cycles. You may need 3-4 more to drop to maybe 120 or wherever it is for you and keep it there a few weeks. Every other system in your body will now start thinking in terms of a 120lb person. Then you will regulate your appetite etc and stabilize ~130 (which may be low or high for you - I am just using numbers to illustrate the point).

Thanks.
Srinath.
