Actually mine's really similar in some regards minus the fish- I tend to start the day w/a papaya & greens smoothie [w/chlorella & spirulina] too (& Always eat the seeds- actually, from eating the seeds of half a papaya + the papaya meat is how I first started seeing parasites on my herbal protocol- I guess it's an ancient remedy for them & they also have health benefits similar to tumeric) & then have a greens centered meal at night & eat Cilantro & fermented veggies everynight. I just wasn't sure if avocados were off limits (some ppl rlly vilify fats, I think they're ok in moderation, esp if from whole food sources; I also have an avocado tree in my yard so I have tons of delicious avos rn & want to keep on eating them ;-) ).
Took my first dose of Castor Oil + Turpentine about 3 hours ago (I got brave & took 1/2 tsp of Turpentine w/1 tblsp of castor oil). Nothing's happened yet but I can hear gurgling noises in my stomach so I'm sure it will ;-) I'll keep u updated ;-) . Interestingly enough, something I immediately noticed was my nasal&sinus passages cleared up & my sense of smell became much more acute (I hadn't noticed it wasn't before). I'm going to try the frozen castor oil caps on Monday (it takes abt 48 hrs for a total freeze) so that I can try to get the ilosecal valve between the small & large intestine that I guess is usually unreachable with other methods.
