I've written to a few other ppl on youtube & reddit and have found that some of them only use the castor oil + Turpentine the first time, to get a deeper cleanse, then move on to the Jennifer Daniels turp+sugar protocol for the duration of the protocol (I guess b/c the turpentine+castor oil is way more intense so not something u want to be doing 2-4x/week, esp if u have other things to do but I don't know, haven't tried it yet; one guy I talked to even used turp+almond milk which he said worked well to clean out his lungs). I'm planning to do it as she lays out, 4 days in a row the first week then 2 days a week for another 2 weeks or as long as it takes.
I'm going to start off with 1/4 tsp Turpentine in 1 tblsp castor oil (I feel like less of a dose of castor oil won't be effective- I talked to a few other ppl who started w/Less castor oil (1/2-1 tsp) who said they wished they'd used more) for my first dose then try to work my way up to 1tsp of Turpentine & after the first dose see if I want to continue on with the castor oil or move onto Sugar depending on how it goes.

It's great it's been working for you- I hopes it works as well for me! I'm using it for IBS, Candida & parasites (which I didn't even know I had until I did an herbal parasite cleanse suggested to me bc of my stomach issues & found out that Yes, I did have parasites & feel that they might be the root cause of all my GI issues & lingering candida). So, it's great to know it's taking away some of the symptoms that I too want to get rid of.
The herbs I've been using for the past month have been working (I'm seeing parasites getting expelled and Slowly feeling a tiny bit better) but I feel like it's just Not effective enough, takes too long (I can't imagine 2 more months of this), is expensive & doesn't completely eradicate the problem nor does it really kill candida so I'd rather just kill 2 birds with 1 stone so to speak & go in for what's most effective.
