All foods listed are good, except for bananas, oils and eggs. Bananas are high in sugar, oils and eggs are heavy for first few weeks. For at least 21 days (if you get to your goal) eat fruits and vegetables separately. Lemon is a good salad dressing.
I don't plan exact number of fruits and veggies I will consume. I would eat as per hunger. Don't eat if you are not hungry. Initially it is best to be on juices then ease into solid foods. Also it is very important to masticate your food to slurry and you will see how fast you fill up.
