2 apples, 1 orange, 1 banana, diluted with water - 4 times a day first 2 days
Watermelon until full, 4 times a day next 2 days
Day 5 Carrot juice with lemon x2 and Salad with tons of vegis, olive oil and vinegar and no protein x2.
Day 6 carrot juice x2, salads with boiled eggs and one with tuna.
Does this sound like an appropriate referring plan?
