Constipation Cure

So This is kind of alarming to me but I'm super bloated. I've gained about 5 inches around my waist in the last 8 days. Super confused.

How much water am I supposed to drink? A half a Gallon is what I've been doing but I guess I should increase it if I'm bloating.
