Wow, that is so cool. Each person and each fast is different. What ever you're excreting was likely something your body didn't need and didn't like and was hurting it.
I almost go into constipation when fasting. I have electrolytes - salt, K, Ca, mg, Zn, and B complex and Apple cider vinegar and then manage to have a BM which usually is loose and diarrhea like.
Anyway you should have gone to ketosis nicely and stayed there to have an easier fast. But 7 days in you're almost nearly guaranteed to be keto. So I think the worst is behind you. Just push on. I did a 20 day last year and smooth sailing from day 2.3 till day 16. Then again 18-20 was fine. weird.
Keep at it, @ 240lb you have the reserves to easily go a long time clean to the 150's or below while your body properly does autophagy and cleansing.
