You know the answer to that. Stay in Ketosis, eat fats not carbs. Don't eat processed foods at all. Eat only when hungry. I old you this Ayurveda rule...Eat to live NOT live to eat.
We are so programmed by the clock that 12 - 12:30 we say it is lunch time, but we may not b hungry. Also most people cave in when someone offers them cookies or cakes at work. So we are constantly eating.
