I have been studying Water Fasting for years and now I am finally ready to commit to undergoing a long term 40 day fast. I cannot go to a fasting clinic or fast under any supervision. I have asked for advice from doctors and friends but they all tell me its not healthy to fast. After years of research I strongly believe otherwise.
I am wondering what others who also believe in the value of a Water Fast can tell me of what I might expect for a 40 day fast water only. I am 5 feet 8 inches and weight 128 lbs. I also walk 4 miles daily and work 20 hours a week as a housekeeper and doing light gardening.
I was considering doing 20 days mcd and 20 days water but I really want to just fast on water. Does anyone know if this is dangerous or unachievable for me given my weight and activity level? Any other advice or opinions would be well recieved and appreciated as well. Thank you. Blessings to all.
