Re: My Experience-Master Cleanse and P&B Shakes

Well, I started with Liver Cleansing before ever trying the Master Cleanse, my Naturopath got me started on that. In fact, I discovered Curezone while searching for an easier more pleasant liver cleanse than the one "Doc" had. I read the forums over and over for months as well as the articles and recipes. I was too shy to post. The more I read and researched the more I knew cleansing was an important way to regain the health that I was rapidly losing. (High blood pressure, reflux disease, borderline high Sugar and cholesterol readings, chronic pain from a back injury and chronic fatigue and Depression too. Sooooo......
1. Liver flushes, although I've tried a half dozen Liver Flush recipes, I still favor the Hulda Clark flush with the addition of three to five days preparation by drinking either apple juice or raw apple cider vinegar drinks (the malic acid softens stones) I have never had to try any of the expensive herbal formulas, the basics helped me flush out about 6000 stones over two and a half years.

2. Colon cleansing, I use Yerba Prima products-psyllium husks and liquid bentonite. I have tried other brands, but like this one best. I never take the shakes for more than two weeks at a time, every three to four months. Some experts say too much rough fiber can abrade the villi and cause absorption problems. I don't know if this is true, but why take chances. With the shakes I take garlic tablets (raw gives me bad indigestion, but I think it would be better), alfalfa tablets and 4 ounces aloe vera juice.

3.Master Cleanse, I done three full term ones and many lasting a shorter time. Sometimes three days on MC, juice, or even Water Fasting can make a real difference in how you feel. One day a week or three days a month fasting can also contribute to overall detoxification.

4. parasite Cleanse,I never did a serious parasite cleanse until I passed an 18 inch long Tapeworm during an enema-I had no clue I even had one. I went to my Naturopath and did a cleanse using the product Parastroy, a homeopathic solution(can't remember the name) for parasites, and enzymes. It was after my third Master-Cleanse and during this cleanse I passed all that mucoid plaque.

5. Dry skin brushing and rebounding is good for cleansing and stimulating the lymphatic system. This can be done all the time, but alas, I have let this go too.

The most important thing of course is proper eating, in which case you are far ahead of me. Cleansing should not be a continuous obsession, but a gift we give ourselves once or twice a year. For the most part we can continue our normal lives while doing the cleanses.

How long did it take you to go 100% vegan. I have experimented with it several times, but find after about four to six weeks I get very tired and weak. A little meat like chicken breast or tuna makes me feel better. Still, I think with all that goes into meats these days, vegan is better, but my body doesn't seem to like it. My doctor is a lacto-ovo vegetarian, he won't eat anything "with a face", but claims he couldn't make it as 100% vegan either. Any ideas?
