Thank you both for your useful responses. I certainly had a lot of mercury exposure from broken thermometers. The closest smell I can relate to the urine is bacon? sounds weird I know, it's not overpowering but it's there. The main problem is my kidneys are struggling to keep up with whatever is being released, and when they back up my neck pulses a lot and my heart rate goes up, however I am managing a bit more normality in my life now, short walks, housework and shopping. I have an infra red sauna but I am a bit dubious about using it at the moment? I have been having epsom baths. I am going to read through Violins blog now. Tweet
