Re: body odor, depression, anxiety and self harm

This is what I've been trying lately! Hello to everyone I hope you're all okay. I was supposed to go to a endocrynologist two weeks ago since I have pcos (it's weird because my periods have always been regular), and got done 3 thyroid test where the first and the third came out normal but the second test I've got my t3 t4 high (That's supposed to be hyperthyroidism) But since I wanna go to a good doctor and dont have money buying supplements lol I need to wait for my sister to pay for the medical appointment. Two weeks ago I did a Sea Salt lemon water flush, it drove me to the bathroom and I was happy but the days after that my odor wasn't reduced at all so it didn't work for me. Last week I was searching on the internet and saw that some doctors prescribe antiseptic soap and topical Antibiotics for bromhidrosis treatment. So I went to the pharmacy and bought chlorexidine soap or hibiclens for about 9 dollars and clyndamicin (an Antibiotic cream) for 9 dollars as well and a unscented deodorant. The first two days wasn't perfect but the odor wasn't so noticeable I may say 30% reduced but it was still there and after that the odor came back stronger as always. Then I buy spirulina tabs those are way too expensive here but since I'm muy desesperada, I bought the now brand tabs and did this for 4 days: 6 spirulina tabs, 6 b2 vitamin 50 mg tabs, 4 activated charcoal 280 mg tabs, and it didn't work going outside but when I'm in my house the odor was 60% percent reduced so I don't know they say stress and anxiety can make you smell worse but it's kind of like a vicious circle because when I put a foot out of my house I start to get tachycardia and when I enter the bus my tachycardia gets worse and I start sweating, I know I suffer from anxiety but it's hard for me to control it because I always have in my mind that I'm going to smell bad and I check for people making weird faces, laughing, whispering etc and I'm just WAY TOO worried about that so I gotta work it out, cause I don't gain anything being nervous it just makes things WORSE. Yrsterday was a sh#tty day lmao I just did so good at my class speech about Rollo May and existencialism and my teacher (who's like a lovely father figure to us) Went to hug me to congratulate me and I was like HECK NO dont come here and I had to hug him and I was so freaking embarrased I wanted to die and after that I saw him at the hall again and I just said hi Profe while running like crazy lmao *sigh*. Our problem is hell basically, I don't ask "why me" I ask why do everything I try doesn't work, This is the worst semester I think because I'm getting more reactions which is weird because I change my shirts and use baby wipes and deodorants before every class (there are days i have 3 classes and can stay up to 8 hours at uni) and they still smell me so I don't know what is the problem. But hey I hope you guys are doing good Maybe you could try one of those things I mentioned before even they didn't work for me maybe they work for others, at your own risk of course, cuz I'm not a doctor(they're useless so many times lol) (Anyway those medicines didn't do any harm to me either) I think that'll probably help if your problem is bacteria on your skin. And to end this since I talk too much, I have holy week vacations until tuesday and I think is time to try the Liver Flush and see if it helps, I hope so I'm extremely sad and disappointed but I'm also kinda hopeful. I'm gonna do it tomorrow I already bought Epsom Salts and gonna apply to the armpits. as well since I heard they can detox. I'm gonna tell my results I really hope it works.
God bless every single one of you.
