If no parasites or dysbiotic bacteria or yeasts were identified, then this is a good thing to be honest! May not sound that way to you at the moment.

Your bifidobacterium is really low!! This should be very high in your colon.

E Coli is high which is good.

Anyway, do the following two steps and the following two steps only!! Don't look at all the naturopath/chiropractor doctors and don't buy loads of probiotic supplements because hardly any will reach the gut alive. Just do the two following for two months:

1.) Drink kefir - the real stuff or the best you can get from a shop. This will have at least 20 billion cfu per bottle and will boost bifidobacterium massively. Drink 250 to 500ml a day for two months.... If you feel like **** in the beginning this is normal as your colon adjusts, you will probably have smelly stools and or a lot more gas. Do not worry and persevere. This should subside massively after 2-3 weeks. Drink this for two months.

2.) Eat a lot of vegetables, especially brocolli, cabbage, carrots etc. This feeds the E coli, bifido. Not so much lactobacilli but they will munch and carbs getting through.


Try this for two months. If things aren't much improved then unfortunately you will need to do enemas with probiotics and that's it. If it's a colon problem, you need a direct route in which is enema unfortunately.


Eat ground flaxseed as well, this will provide soluble and insoluble fibre which will sweep out all these overgrowth.
