By the way, my bta test revealed that I'm very acidic.
Unfortunately I can't do much to lower my protein/fat intake or up my greens/fruit intake much more than it is.
Also, baking soda disrupts my stomach acids too much.
I recently bought some ph drops to put in my water, do you think that will help at all?
Also, any other ideas on how to alkalize besides lemon water and acv?
