Re: Please help interpret CDSA results!
Hey,
Hmmm does sound complicated. Why would you say you are intolerant to Kefir? What symptoms do you have? Kefir doesn't have much lactose in it at all because the bacteria has eaten it.
Just for something to do, it will be worth drinking 100ml for 1-2 days, then 200ml for 3-5 days then go up to 400ml for a while. If you haven't had milk for a while this a reaction is normal.
You say you have loads of
food sensitivities , what is the onset. Is it immediately when eating? 1-2 hours after, 6-8 hours after? This is really important as it could give clues.
I think it might be worth you getting an organic acids test, this will give you a very accurate picture of your microbiome in your small intestine as well. There is no real point wasting time guessing and taking supplements which may be doing more harm than good.
You're bifido is very very low. It should be the most abundant bacteria and really overcrowd everything else, E. coli should be really high as well.
Kefir will sort this, especially home made.
The only other way is to do probiotic enemas, if you want to address this issue directly.
When you drink the apple smoothie, do you have any gas/burping/bloat?
Yes, up the flaxseed, contains high omega 3s. Acts as a colon cleanse. Feeds good bacteria.
Onion and garlic are very good for good bacteria and kill off bad commensal bacteria.
All the best to you.
I strongly recommend you get an organic acids test. This tells you so much about your gut and detox processes.
