Re: Water Fasting for eczema

I refeeded probably ~5 days.

Refering to kidney/colon/liver cleanse:
Yes I should probably do this. Especially the colon thingy. What I experienced:
Whenever I'am sick and get diarrhea, my eczema massively improves.

What I personally think I should do is: Somehow get everything out of my colon and then start a waterfast. I think this is one reason why my eczema doesnt clear up completely when I'am waterfasting: I dont shit even once while waterfasting. Everything I got in the colon which got there before I began the waterfast remains there all the time through the fast. If you ask me, this is the critical point why my waterfasting isnt as effective as it may should. But then again I could be just stupid.

Do you know a way to cleanse the colon? I heard about "water enema", but this sounds kinda gross. Is there a way to get puposely diarrhea? I heard flax seeds do this kind of stuff.

I'am allergic to tomatoes and oranges btw. When it comes to fruit, the only thing I can eat are bananas.
