Oh BTW, while fasting you do not want to take anything for cleaning your colon. I meant after the fast finishes and the you refeed for 1.5 times the period of fasting, then you can take supplements to clean your colon.

As far as BMs go, we are all different and each fast is different. In my case in my early days of fasting I never had any BMs, but now I have BMs within 3-4 days, but all mucus.

You do not need to worry about not having a BM, when your body is ready it will discard all it does not need.

Just drink warm water, rest and stay warm, all you need to do. You are doing fine with your fast.
