Thanks for the warning. I had a feeling that CS can kill the good flora in your gut. I guess it can't distinguish between the good and the bad bacteria and kill only the bad. :-)

But in the case of nebulizing, there are no good bacteria to kill in the lungs, are there?

If you are taking only, say, two ounces of CS a day orally, do you need to supplement with probiotics? What is the smallest CS oral dose at which you should begin to take probiotics?
