Need instructions for using silver in a nebulizer.

I have COPD and get frequent lung infections. I've heard that people use Colloidal Silver in nebulizers but until now I've been afraid to try it. I don't want to mess up my already messed up lungs. But every time my lungs get infected, the doctor prescribes yet another antibiotic. The last one cost $160... for 10 pills.
If some of you do this, could you give me detailed instructions? What strength cs should I make, how long should I breathe it and how often, would I be doing more harm than good?
