Re: Crohn's help! Colloidal Silver, DMSO, Oregano, Becks, GcMAF, Gerson, any tips?
I'm really enjoying reading everyone's contribution to this thread. I agree 100% with positive mind and the first step towards truly healing is going to be killing off
parasites and bad bacteria, and then maintaining a healthy microbiome. I smoked a lot of MJ as a teen, and the more I think back is probably one of the main reasons I've been in remission more or less since 15 (I'm 26 now). Remicade has been a solid crutch for me also, but I'm worried about the long term side effects. I have been starting to test my discipline to see if an all natural approach can heal me to the point I no longer need meds at all. Ideally i'd be able to maintain with diet and exercise alone. Both your sons should be shooting for a 80% wholefood organic diet. Salads if they can absorb, soup if not, and if soup isn't tolerated, then blended veggies and fruit, and if not blended then juicing. I make my own MJ oil and your son could make some also, just google "THC olive oil/coconut oil recipe". He'll have much better success with oil than smoking. Getting a 1:1 THC to CBD strain would be ideal, but on the streets isn't easy to find. I don't like getting high anymore and I feel lethargic the next day so I save the oil for the odd day I'm not feeling great. The endo cannabinoid system is really interesting and cannabis has all sorts of immune modulating properties. They should also be eating lots of probiotics, preferably in kefir or a yogurt like "Bravo" which is supposedly comparable to a FMT. So far i've been really enjoying it, although it is quite expensive. Dr. Ruggiero designed it and is really well known for microbiome research in the autism community.
My next plan for really getting to the bottom of my Crohn's will include :
1. Killing off bad
parasites (going to try a full lymey humaworm protocol next)
2. Refined Gerson diet (less intense version)
3.
coffee enemas every second or third day
4.Bravo GcMAF Probiotic (will follow with
FMT if i'm not satisfied, but so far it seems to be quite strong)
5. Exercise to keep the lymph moving, may try yoga for joints, flexibility and relaxation.
6. Breathing techniques and meditation for mindfulness and relaxation
7, Clearing out all toxic chemicals from my house, make my own toothpaste, shampoos, cleaners, gels, deodorant.
8. If I feel like all
parasites are cleared my final step will be to do the DMSO, CS,
SSKI , Aloe, + castor oil pack stricture healing protocol. I attempted this before but had a terrible Herx reaction. This will hopefully break down intestinal scar tissue and the anti microbial aspects should kill off any left over bugs after the humaworm protocol.
This is all going to be extremely challenging as i'm a sucker for a nice piece of pizza, cheesecake, bowl of ice cream, etc. I'm disciplined at home but when I'm out in the world I find it really hard to turn down a nice plate of homemade italian pasta. I keep reminding myself of the consequences if I don't smarten up, and if I can live a healthy life with my colon in tac I'll be a happy man. Good luck to you and your sons. As hard as it may be, try to get them to unplug from the matrix for a minute and evaluate their situations going forward. I'm going to document my journey more, so let me know if you'd like some updates.
