Morgellons myth or ?

I would like to comment on this subject , first I have some questions . Why does wormers and doxy cure people who thought they had morgellons , why did some of these people I helped get positive results for strongyloides with Elisa from dr . I believe morgellons is a place in Spain like Lyme is a place in Connecticut . We know Lyme is a bacterial infection of a specific species associated with nematodes , what specific species is morgellons or is it a govt experiment as some believe or is it a misdiagnosed nematode infection like I believe . Rat lung worm is very hard to diagnose and is in the strongylida family ,could that be morgellons . Many who have morgellons also have fungi infections , which I clearly documented that many nematodes carry many species of fungi . So please enlighten me as to what the scientific definition (specific name of parasite or parasites ) of morgellons could be .
