Is it strongyloides or morgellons?

Dr. Ginger Savely wrote a new book called Morgellons. In it she talks about the scratches or black specks that people get who have morgellons.

I know many on this site assume they have strongyloides when they hear about scratches. Not true. She says that the specks and scratches are not related to strongyloides at all. They are morgellons.
Her book covers various treatments like several different Antibiotics that work well and other herbal and parasitic drugs that work well. She has also mentioned at conferences that the treatments for bartonella work well for morgellons. Also if you have morgellons there is a 98% chance you have lyme.
