Here is my tooth regenerator protocol:
completely eliminate all processed food
no
White Sugar
no white rice
no white flour
no brown sugar
no coffee
no tea
no pasteurized dairy
jaggery if tolerated, but best to get sweet from fuits only
No acidic food/fruits can touch your teeth, but it's ok to drink through a straw.
The above is the core. It looks too simple but it will stop tooth decay on a dime. The rest is how to rebuild.
Bieler mineral broth daily (boiled veggie scraps)
Aim for at least 2 liters of raw fruit or veggie juice per day.
Liberal amounts of raw milk, raw cheese.
Juiced sprouted mung beans every day and/or mung bean soup
High brix mineral foods daily, fruits, vegetables, fresh milled whole grains, meats, legumes, tubers. Raw fruits and vegetables especially, kale and carrot juice are good.
You can try dried eggshells dissolved in lemon juice for natural calcium powder or good quality coral calcium or chelated calcium. Definitely not calcium carbonate.
Bone broth mentioned earlier, meh. If bones are not organic then you are most likely just taking in a lot of lead. Also bones don't really dissolve in dilute vinegar. The real value of bone broth, which is actually a misnomer, is gelatine from cartilege. Some studies were done on bone broth and there was not so much calcium in there after all. If you want to source calcium from bones then you have to actually soak it in pure vinegar for a fair amount of time, and you don't want vinegar to touch your teeth in this state.
I suppose you can add supplemental boron in too.
