AVC is supposed to help break down the bone to provide the calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and amino acids required to repair bone, teeth and connective tissue such as skin and gums etc. Bone both is meant to provide everything in the needed ratios.
48 hours of 14.5psi pressure cooking with lots of ACV did not break up the bones as much as they did the last time I made some. Different bones this time but I did cut them up with a bone saw which should of helped, but not enough.
I use many herbs daily, Rosemary is a big one for me as it helps heal the brain and nervous system. Basil I love the smell of and I use lots of that. Turmeric, some Sage, Parsley, lots of Garlic, Licorice root helps the adrenals which helps energy and Chi. Plus some others that I cannot remember. I do supplement with amino acids for gluthione production plus some additional ones for thyroid and others.
I have multiple problems which mean teeth and gum disease which significantly increase my risk. I have CFS, Type1 Diabetes and nervous system deterioration in and around my mouth which means healing is reduced.
My dentist filled a hole in the rear face of the rear molar. Everything was okay until I ate a hard Goji berry which pulled the filling out. I contacted my dentist the next morning to get an appointment to have it dealt with. That was 2 or 3 days later. My dentist looked at it and asked me when the filling came out. I told my dentist that I had made the appointment the next morning after it happened, I could not of got a sooner appointment. My dentist refused to re-fill the tooth. Utter incompetence IMO. My NHS dentist would rather let bacteria enter my bloodstream which could kill me via heart disease, rather than re-fill a tooth because it was after a set time period.
I have tried increasing my calcium, magnesium and phosphorus but taking anything but tiny amounts of calcium causes constipation. The more I take the worse it gets.
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome does cause constipation but taking calcium increases it. Not taking calcium or 1ml scoop per day and constipation is not a problem, lecithin helps a lot. 3ml of calcium and no go! lol
I have not been able to cook bone broth as I did not have a pressure cooker since I returned one to Amazon due to multiple faults. That was a long time back, long before the filling came out. I have just got a new pressure cooker so I have been preparing some bone broth. I have yet to finish it as vegetables need cooking now the PC is empty. I had a right game cleaning a stock pot that I had purchased but never used. They like the majorty of new cookware have what remains of manufacturing polish on them which had to come off before I used it.
Therefore I have only had the bacteria to retard any deterioration and even preparing the yoghurt has come to a halt due to other things using up my time. Energy mainly.
The tooth has deteriorated a bit, the gum has become infected on several occasions. I am in the process of making a
Colloidal Silver generator, something else which is using up my time and energy. ATM I have been using an essential oils mouth wash to attempt to clear infections and reduce the bacteria. Lauricidin in hot water to disolve the beads works very well if all else fails. The yoghurt would be the most helpful so I need to find some time and energy to make a new batch. My yoghurt maker is just too small and cannot make the batch sizes that I need. I did start a project on building a fermentation chamber from an old none working convection microwave oven that I still have. The interior is stainless steel. I wanted to get the turntable working again as the connector broke on it. Then I wanted to try and get the convection oven working as a heat source which would mean I do not need to take up space inside with heating elements. The microwave part is broken.
Therefore I have a lot against me. I have been taking chia seeds for their phosphorus content. It's calcium that I need as my bones are not as strong as they should be. I have broken 3 bones in the last 10 years. I do take vit K in high doses and Vit D3 among many other nutrients. It's like I am just treading water ATM. Progress is not happening. It seems like
Colloidal Silver is an overhyped white elephant. It will not provide the fix for my biggest and most pressing problem.
I wish that I had the tooth extracted rather than having to mess around adding something else to an already overcrowded schedule. The reason I didn't is that it is my preferred chewing surface. I dislike chewing on the other side of my mouth which I have been doing to try and prevent food entering the tooth hole. It is just not natural for me chewing on that side.
I would recommend those bacteria because it should help eliminate the destructive bacteria in your mouth. They are beneficial for preventing gum disease too. I brush my teeth and then floss with the yoghurt to work the bacteria into the gums. Hopefully flossing with yoghurt around the teeth will get the oral probiotics past mutans biofilms ie plaque. Wiping out as many as possible. I do work the yoghurt into the hole in my tooth using a toothbrush as well. Unfortunately having
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome means my nutrients are being used up at a phenomenal rate. Things are better than they were, at one time, even a slight change to what I ate would leave me exhausted for days. That is considerably better now. Even with my knowledge of the causes and having ways to circumvent some of the leading problems that
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome causes, it's difficult and uses up far too much of my time which I would rather be using in more productive ways, rather than attempting to counteract the effects of a damn bacteria.
