Do you use Bone broth soup? That is meant to be one of the best things for tooth and bone health. It provides the nutrients needed for bone, teeth and skin repair and building. I have some cooking ATM. It's been cooking for over 24 hours so far and I intend to complete it tomorrow. I have topped it up as it had reduced a bit too much to do another 24 hours. Hopefully by tomorrow it should of reduced further so I can add it to a stock pot with vegetables before splitting for freezing. Some cider vinegar helps break down the bones and cutting the bones with a butchers saw to make the bone marrow easier to extract plus it assists the break down of the bones.
Reducing the destructive effects of oral bacteria might help enormously as I already mentioned.
