Disagree that clove oil is toxic. You probably had a die-off reaction to parasite. Cloves are one of the best natural parasite killers.

For Pylori the standard remedy is mastic gum.

Was the root canal Amalgam or some other material?

I'm not sure how to kill off giardia. Maybe you could try high tannin foods like black tea for some relief.

Giardia is usually water borne so make sure to boil all your water.
