Need solutions forGiardia, h.pylori

I have been recently diagnosed via DGR labs with positive
H.pylori virulence factor vacA as positive and Guardia ssp. positive
I have written a lengthy entry here on CZ last year when I desperately needed help. Some of my symptoms are chronic fatigue, bloating, feeling inflamed inside and hot in my head, thirst, constipation, nausea, tightness under my right rib cage side,
I am underweight,
I don't know what the h.pylori virulence factor means. Could someone tell me.
As for giardia, what treatment options do I have except flagyl. I barely iterated amoxicillin last year and so Antibiotics are last resort. Please share your ideas or treatments that helped.
