Try doing 2 coffee enemas back to back, have breakfast and lunch and after a bowl movement.
After some lunch do two 10 minutes flushes each with only organic coffee. I use 3 table spoons for 4 pints of coffee and this is enough for both flushes. You may be using too much of liquid and/or feel discomfort for toxin release of first flush. I get a small amount of lower back pain, it seems to me enemas have a beneficial effect on cleaning the kidneys as well.
I wish I had done these years ago, I feel so much better in just 3 weeks of daily enemas.
