Re: I Agree, and a question...Re: HELP!!! Coffee Enemas causing back pain and swelling!

First, thanks to all of you who have replied!!! I'm not sure why the symptoms would show up the following day, but I can say that this DOES happen consistently. I almost feel stupid for repeating the process so many times, but I really could not believe that the coffee enema would cause the problems. The results after the first 10 times were always the same. Swelling and back pain...the following morning.

The reason I posted is because I feel strongly that coffee enemas are good for you. I just need to know what it is I am doing wrong. I do believe that a kidney cleanse is in order. I am working on one now and I've posted on the kidney cleanse forum too.

There has to be an explanation, because I DO feel better after the coffee procedure is complete. Any and all suggestions you guys have are greatly appreciated.
