You can learn ALL about coffee enemas at the link below (and gain fantastic healing knowledge!) But until you have the time to read all the links, here's a 'nutshell version':

The 'experts' don't always agree on whether oil/citrus Liver Flushing is more/less effective than coffee enemas for healing (when do they?) but it's generally stated that the oil/citrus Liver Flush is more "productive" when it comes to seeing the results in the toilet and actually expelling debris from the liver. However, many people that do regular coffee enemas, DO see plenty of liver debris & stones. My personal experience is that I see FAR more stones & debris from the oil/citrus flushing...but if you saved up a years worth of " coffee enemas results" and a years worth of "flushing results" they might add up to the same volume...I'm sure "individual results may vary". But cleansing/removing liver debris is just the tip of the iceberg, when it comes to the value and health benefits of regular coffee enemas!

ALL the blood of the human body circulates through the liver every 3-5 minutes, and during the time the coffee enema is retained, the blood is cleansed of free radicals AND the liver is aided in detoxifying the blood! And free radicals are the undisputed cause of a LOT of varying diseases and sickness.
