If you know how to do fix this bio-unavailable copper imbalance.
If one suffers from bio-unavailable copper it means that toxicity and deficiency are present at the same time; therefore, taking Zinc to lower the excess copper will also lower the low copper your cells are utilizing.
What I am doing to fix this is a nutritional balancing program which focuses on balancing mineral levels and ratios to achieve cellular health. But this can take up to 2 years....
My skin won't stop aging due to low copper. not sure if high copper causing collagen break down.
Mercury could be a culprit for this as it inhibits copper absorption.
