Zinc will chelate metals and lowers adrenal function. I too wanted to speed up detoxing and added zinc, but be careful. If you strain your body too much you will just be exhausted. Keep in mind meat and garlic are also high in zinc so don't double up. Give yourself a few days rest in between to recover if you're going to push it. Also I found that more endodren the next day helped the adrenals recover. And always take zinc before noon and with food.
