Re: Nausea after taking Zinc

I think the answer would have to come from you. I've been at it for a long time.. and for me personally, if I feel bad at any time, it tells me that I need to change something. It may be a side effect of too much, or an imbalance, or it could be just too much detoxing. Too much detoxing too fast (we all want that) just causes more stress on the body and more suffering and less enjoyment of life. I dont personally see that as gain. So anytime I dont feel good to me it's my body telling me something is not right and I just evaluate what I have been taking and stop and adjust the doses, or eliminate supps, until I feel good again. So it's really all totally individual because we are all such complex beings.. In summary my rule for myself - is if I feel bad I pull back, evaluate and change what is needed until I feel better.  It works well for me.
