I've been experiencing some nausea after taking zinc - keeping in mind that my HTMA indicates I have hidden copper toxicity.

yesterday I took 100mg and felt like vomiting and today I toned it down to 50mg and still felt an uncomfortable nausea.

is this a copper detox symptom. and now that I noticed it, I'm having a more difficult time speaking clearly/brain fog.

Also, I took it on a "empty" stomach while drinking my lemon, ginger and apple freshly pressed juice.
