Re: Hunger, Bloated, Shaky, Faint, etc?
What your are describing matches what my daughter has gone through for several years. Long story short she had several parasitic infections, probably from our cats. Both she had the cats have been treated using ICU's protocols from this site and doing much better. It has taken almost a year to narrow down the species and treat it effectively. I would look at flukes and strongyloides for starters.
There are lots of helpful threads that can assist you in figuring this out. Yes you probably have Sibo and yeast, but that it is like due to poor gut function. once you kill the
parasites you can work on the bacteria and yeast, but they may go away on their own.
Our experience has been with RX drugs rather than alternative methods. IMHO look at
parasite RX threads first.
Pots will go away if you treat the infection(s). There is a protocol to use exercise to treat pots and that is helpful. Be sure to use Electrolytes to stay hydrated and try Pregnenalone to level out your adrenals (cortisol) . Start with a low dose and build up.
You are in the right place, good luck
