Hi. I just found your post. I was wondering if you have made any progress? I have had very similar symptoms for three years and desperate to find answers. I posted my symptoms on a thread titled 'help me I'm starving!'. I too wake up during the night sweating and shaking and hungry and I can't get back to sleep until I eat. I am going to have some testing done by a private functional medicine doctor at much cost. I am in the uk and the NHS is shockingly incompetent. They have no answers for me.
