I have been on SAMe for seven days. Believe it or not my whole life is changed. I don't have any depression. There are no side affects. I started with 2-400mg. Went to 3-400mg.
DON'T FORGET TO TAKE FOLIC ACID AND B12 WITH IT. IT'S A MUST.
This is not an ad of any kind.
