But for some people, it doesnt work even at high doses. Advice: buy a bottle, and take a LARGE dose for several days, larger than the bottle describes. You'll at least know if it does something for you, instead of slowly ramping up and running out of that first (expensive!) bottle without knowing if you took enough to do anything.
