Re: SAM-E has helped me almost magically with depression
I understand your cynacism. I have plenty of it too when taking advice from online forums/sources/etc. I probably should have understated the post more to satisfy cynics, but the truth is that I've seen this stuff work miraculously well for me personally and with others.
I read through a lot of the really desperate posts here and really wanted to encourage people to try this to hopefully get some of the relief I've experienced and get then get off that overpriced dangerous stuff from big pharma. Do you really think if I was a rep for Nature Made, that's in all the drugstores/grocery stores in the country with and has been forever, that I'd waste my time trying to hard sell one of their smaller lesser known products out of 100's in online forums?
Or do you think that for some reason I'm trying to hype SAM-E in general? Why not spend my time posting on the miracles of vitamin B? Who would this make money for in your opinion?
When you said "Been there done that", are you implying you've tried SAM-E and it hasn't worked for you? I can handle constructive critism but trollish potshots don't do anyone any good.
