Re: epsom salt warning, i almost died!

respect for the people on this board. Couragous people you are !

Now, I think it is pretty clear that ingesting Epsom Salt without the proper knowledge or preperation is not a good idea.
Especially for Adrenal Fatigue users it is vital to get their electrolytes in balance (or as close to) before doing any type of cleanse. Especially potassium is crucial for cell functioning, not in the least because almost all of us are heavily deficient (even the standard is low).

As a severe Adrenal Fatigue sufferer myself I eat Purple sweet potatoes every day. They contain allot of magnesium, potassium, massive loads of antioxidants, vitamince c, and beneficial fibers for proper stools. I eat them with tons of coconut oil to balance out the glycemic index ( you can boil them instead for a similar effect ).

Now another thing: Vitamine C. Adrenals and Vitamince C are very much related. Adrenal Fatigue heavily depletes vitamine C and therefore needs to be replaced. If not you can get a whole range of problems (blood flow, bad veins and muscles, scurvy, leaky gut etc.).

I have thought about taking Epsom Cleanses myself but are preferring to just Liver Flush without them for now (this should be enough in most cases). I found that applecider vinnegar and lemon juice drinks can help allot with parasites as well. Also, garlic pills (allimed) seem to cause some parasite die-off also.
