Re: epsom salt warning, i almost died!

Cyrulis and everyone-- thank you for your illuminating responses. You are correct-- I eat a diet wiht lots of veggies, flax oil/lemon juice and do not use salt because I thought it was healthier(mistake #1). Also, my activities of the day (mistake #2) along with water consumption (mistake #3)pulled more sodium out of my system and voila-- I was at a sodium level of 117 when I arrived in the ER-- a near death level. I definitely do have adrenal fatigue and it sounds like this episode further depleted my already depleted adrenals. I am faced with re-building my system from this episode-- I am going to go very slowly! Tweet
